Accommodation for up to 4 personal staff members is available at an additional cost of Rs.2999 per person, per day. All meals will be charged at an additional cost of Rs.1199 per person, per day. - In case of back-to-back bookings, the check-in time will be 4 PM and check-out time will be 11 AM, subject to the next day availability of the villa. 
- The route leading up to the villa is a granular road, paving the way towards a relaxing retreat amidst sweeping forest views. 
- For events, guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendors to the property. Please contact the StayVista team for events.

- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 48 hours.

INDOOR AREAS 
- There are 2 huge living rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.&nbsp; 
- The living room on the ground floor offers comfortable accommodation for up to 40 people.&nbsp; 
- It is equipped with several amenities, including ACs, a portable music system and Wi-Fi access. 
- The living room on the first floor offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people and is equipped with a TV, CCTV cameras and Wi-Fi access.&nbsp; 
- The dining room is a part of the living room on the ground floor and offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people.&nbsp; 
- There is a lawn-facing, furnished games room on the first floor. It is an ideal space to simply lounge and enjoy numerous indoor games, including table tennis, snooker, carrom, and poker.

OUTDOOR AREAS 
- There is a 10,000 sq. ft landscaped lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 40 people at any given time.&nbsp; 
- The lawn also features a lounge-worthy seating area with outdoor furniture.&nbsp; 
- There is a huge private swimming pool with an attached gazebo and washrooms. It is 20x40 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool till 11:30 pm.&nbsp; 
- The pool loungers and floats in and around the pool are attached to the bar area for guests to enjoy their favourite drinks.&nbsp;

KITCHEN 
- Guest do not have access to the main and outdoor kitchen. 
- They are equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery 
- Cooking and storage of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, consumption is allowed.&nbsp; 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

FOOD 
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

- Please note that a path, approximately 1.5 km, leading up to the villa may not be a concrete road, and might be damaged due to adverse weather conditions.&nbsp; 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture all the entrances.&nbsp; 
- In case of a power outage, a 62.5 KVA generator is available to support all appliances for up to 8 hours. One tank of diesel will be provided, however, guests will have to bear the cost of any additional diesel that may be needed post 8 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises.&nbsp; 
- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- Mobile networks such as Airtel and Vi work fairly well here.&nbsp; 
- Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season.

PET POLICY

- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. 
- Please carry your pet&rsquo;s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. 
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. 
- A security deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.

- For your safety, 11 CCTV cameras have been placed around public and perimeter areas of the house to monitor and protect the villa against theft and intrusion. &nbsp; As part of this security system, video from all cameras is recorded and stored for review as needed. &nbsp;The Indian Navy is our immediate neighbour and this offers a high level of security for our villa premises. &nbsp;Finally, 2 of our staff members are in residence at all times, which further adds to the security of the villa. 
- To use the Wi-Fi, connect to the following usernames for best access. The password lies with the caretaker. (Kinara Main - for Living, Dining, Al Fresco Dining, Kinara Gazebo - for Poolside and entire Deck Area, Poolside Bedroom - Ground Floor, Riverside Bedroom - Ground Floor, Blue Bedroom &ndash; 1st Floor, Yellow Bedroom &ndash; 1st Floor.) 
- Every bedroom has a wall switch (marked with a blue dot) that turns on/off power to the AC. Once you turn it on, the stabilizer protecting the AC will take a few minutes to allow power to reach the AC. After this time lag, the AC Remote becomes operational. The caretaker can help you if there&rsquo;s any confusion. 
- Switch on the wall switch in the bathroom marked with a red dot at least half an hour before you need to take a bath to get hot water.

- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Loud music is strictly not allowed post 10:00 PM. 
- Guests are advised to remain cautious of bugs and insects owing to the river and the surroundings.&nbsp; 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- This is a standalone property.

Ideal for a big group holiday, this 5BHK villa is perfectly packed with all kinds of modern comforts and amenities, right from lazing in your dreamy four-poster curtained bed, enjoying a soak in the bathtub, or splashing around in the pool. The patio looks like it is straight out of a vintage postcard, and the red brick roof completes the look beautifully. Head to this spacious villa for a relaxing staycation!

The Space 
Let us walk you through the villa. 
 
Bedrooms 
- All 5 bedrooms have AC, wardrobe and double bed. 
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms and extra mattresses can be provided upon request. 
- One of the rooms is equipped with a TV.

Living Room 
- The living room has WiFi and has a seating arrangement for 12-15 people.

Bathrooms 
- The villa has 5 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. 
- Only one bathroom&nbsp;has&nbsp;bathtub which is on the first floor. 
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Kitchen &amp; Meals 
- Breakfast is complimentary. 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- Hiring an outside chef is not allowed at the property. 
- All meals can be provided by the in-house chef at an additional cost. 
- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. 
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a gas stove, and a water purifier. 
- Crockery is available for 14 people. 
 
Pool &amp; Lawn 
- The pool can be used only between 8 AM to 10 PM. 
- Pool size: 30ft x 12ft with a depth of 6ft. 
- Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children. 
- The lawn has seating arrangement for 10-15 people, and can host up to 50 people. 
- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice.

House Rules 
- No loud music is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM. 
- No pets allowed at the villa. 
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.&nbsp; 
 
Additional Amenities 
- A torch, iron and hair-dryer is available. 
- A medical kit is available, along with mosquito repellent. 
- Power backup is available at the villa. 
- BBQ can be arranged at an additional cost.

- Secured parking space for 2&nbsp;cars is available.
