- There are CCTV cameras around the house for security purposes. &nbsp; 
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 6 hours, while the 100 KVA generator can support all appliances (including air conditioners) for up to 18 hours. One tank of diesel would be provided, if more than that is required, additional charges would be applicable for the same.&nbsp; 
- The caretaker stays in the outhouse, within the premises of the property.&nbsp; 
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. 
- Mobile networks such as Airtel work fairly well here. 
- Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season.

- 1 bedroom on the first floor is equipped with twin beds. All the other rooms offer a king-sized bed. 
- The bedrooms open up to a spacious balcony offering quaint seating spaces to enjoy a fresh morning brew. 
- All the bedrooms are equipped with a spacious ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS 
- There are 5 ensuite bathrooms at this villa. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS 
- As you enter through the blissful lawns and serene facade, you will set foot into the warm and cosy living room with a fireplace that is perfect for seating a group of 12.&nbsp; 
- This heater-equipped living space features a music system, and a TV and it opens up to a balcony with a view that will soak your soul in solitude. 
- The balcony can easily accommodate up to 14 people and is the perfect viewing deck to enjoy the views of mesmerising Chail as you enjoy a warm cup of tea. 
- There is an additional dining space that can comfortably seat up to 8 people. 
- The lawn features a quaint gazebo, a perfect place to relish a scrumptious barbeque meal or enjoy a fun-filled bonfire session.

- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

- There are 3 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, and 2 on the elevated ground floor. 
- All rooms offer various amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including AC, Wi-Fi and attached bathrooms. 
- One room has a king-sized bed and 2 other rooms have queen-sized beds.&nbsp;

BATHROOMS 
- There are 3 attached bathrooms.&nbsp; 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. 
- One of the bathrooms also offers an open shower area.

COMMON AREAS 
- There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of the villa, featuring U-shaped seating arrangements. 
- It is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi and a designated workstation. It does not have an AC. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and is equipped with a circular dining table and can accommodate up to 6 people. 
- The exteriors of the property boast vast expanses of lush greenery. It features a 12,000 sq. ft. lawn complete with an attached gazebo, cane chairs and a swing that can seat 6 people. 
- Guests can take a leisurely stroll on the lawn. 
- It also has a slide, children&rsquo;s swings, monkey bar and a trampoline to keep your little ones entertained. 
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing splash in the oval-shaped indoor swimming pool, 50x20 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. 
- Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 7 PM. 
 
KITCHEN 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and a mixer.&nbsp; 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD 
- Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.

The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 8 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
We can provide accommodation for 2 drivers in the staff quarters, at an additional cost of Rs. 1000/-. However, bedding is available for one driver only. This charge is exclusive of GST &amp; meal prices.&nbsp;The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. 
 
 
ACTIVITIES 
Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private, oval-shaped swimming pool. They can gather their loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. They can take a peaceful walk on the manicured lawn or unwind in the gazebo, while the little ones keep themselves occupied with the slide, swings, monkey bar and trampoline.

- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours and the inverter can support a few lights and fans for up to 3 hours. The diesel for the generator will be charged as per actuals. 
- There are several CCTV cameras on the premises of the property for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well.

- There is a kitchen, however, guests do not have access to it.&nbsp;

FOOD- 
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. 
- Ordering-in of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

GUEST ACCESS 
There is a villa and 6 individual cottages on the premises of the property. The guests have access to the 6 cottages and the common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.&nbsp;

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
We can provide accommodation for 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.&nbsp;

ACTIVITIES 
Within the property, guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn and soak in the beautiful views. They can enjoy their breakfast amidst nature, play indoor games like cards and ludo or read a book peacefully. They can also relish a hearty barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up.&nbsp;

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost.&nbsp; 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. 
- Guests can use the auditorium and lawn area (floodlight) for an additional cost. 
- The floodlights can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per hour. Please note that the floodlights will be operational only till 10 PM. 
- Guests can use the auditorium at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per hour. Guests have access to the auditorium till 10 PM.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we&rsquo;d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! 
- Please note that the al fresco dining area is up to 300 meters away from the main villa. 
- Only trained pets are allowed. There is 1 dog kennel at the property.&nbsp; 
- There is a friendly dog residing at the property.&nbsp; 
- The stay is a part of a gated society. 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all lights, fans and ACs for up to 9 hours.&nbsp; 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.

HOUSE RULES 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.&nbsp; 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES 
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. 
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. 
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. 
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. 
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. 
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. 
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.&nbsp;

BEDROOMS 
- There are 4 air conditioned bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.&nbsp; 
- All bedrooms offer a large queen-sized bed, Wi-Fi and attached balconies overlooking the rice fields.&nbsp; 
- One of the rooms on the first floor also features an open wardrobe. 
- 1 bedroom has an attached bathroom, while others offer a shared bathroom.

BATHROOMS 
- There is 1 attached bathroom and 2 common bathrooms.&nbsp; 
- All bathrooms have solar geysers, boilers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS 
- There is a spacious living room on the ground floor. 
- It offers sofa-style seating and is equipped with an AC, portable music system and Wi-Fi.&nbsp; 
- The living room can accommodate up to 8 people. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor. It is equipped with seating arrangements for up to 8 people.&nbsp; 
- The villa has a private swimming pool, 22x9 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool till 8 PM.&nbsp; 
- There is a lush green lawn overlooking the beautiful paddy fields as well with ample seating arrangements.&nbsp;

KITCHEN 
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes, but not for elaborate cooking. 
- It is equipped with a set of separate microwaves for Veg and Non Veg cuisines, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a grinder.&nbsp; 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD 
- Breakfast can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 250 per person, per meal.&nbsp; 
- For all other meals, guests can go out or order-in from Yaki Zushi, Mezmeis Goa, Florentine Bar and Restaurant and Cornell Restaurant and Bar.&nbsp; 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.&nbsp;

The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools.
