Each room has its own heater and range of modern amenities to ensure uninterrupted convenience for all its guests. With its bohemian-styled TV room, the room to the right is where one may reconnect with the outside world. Here&#39;s where you can catch u on your favourite comedies, thrillers, and series. The other room, which is just across from it, comprises a mini-study with a comfortable seating area and a collection of exquisite books - a perfect disconnect from the real world. The Magnolia Estate

Make your way through the winding ghats and enamouring landscapes of Dalhousie, and arrive at this wonderful British bungalow - 8Oaks. Established in the early 1930s, this ancestral home will now almost turn a century old. Every wall of the home echoes an olden glory, which is reminiscent of the yesteryears. The home itself has an interesting history; it has served as a refuge to the Tibetan monks in the past, and the legend also says that Dalai Lama spent a few days here and even gave a sermon. To date, older monks visit, to pay respects to the home - so you can only imagine the aura of this villa!&nbsp;

GUEST ACCESS 
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to &nbsp;10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
We can provide accommodation for up to 1 male and 1 female staff at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per person, inclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we&rsquo;d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! 
- This is a pet-friendly property. 
- In case of a power outage, the 25 KVA generator can support all appliances except for up to 5 hours.&nbsp; 
- All mobile networks work fairly here. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. 
- This is a standalone property.

HOUSE RULES 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.&nbsp; 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES 
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. 
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. 
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. 
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. 
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. 
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. 
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.&nbsp; 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.&nbsp;
