- As you walk down the stairs, you will walk into the aesthetic &amp; cosy living room on the ground floor of the property, which offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people. 
- This living area is equipped with a heater, TV, WiFi, and a serene, mountainous view. 
- There is a dining area in the living room that offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people. 
- Just like its interiors, the charming terrace and patio of this home are brimming with earthy and ambient furnishings.

The host is not always present at the property but is always accessible via call/message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8AM to 8PM .&nbsp; 
 
STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per day exclusive of meal charges.&nbsp;The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. 
 
ACTIVITIES 
Within the property, guests can relish a scrumptious barbecue by the patio or terrace. A bonfire can be lit up. If outdoors are not your favourite place to lounge around, feel free to snuggle up in the cosy living room. - This is a pet-friendly property. However, please note that guests are liable to take responsibility for their pets.

Enveloped in landscapes of mountains and the lake, the expansive outdoor deck makes for an ideal spot for a candlelight dinner under the stars. While the beautifully manicured gardens in front of the house overlooking gorgeous views are a testament to this home&#39;s beauty.

- Parking space for 4 cars, 1 inside the villa and 3 at the designated area outside.

The Space:

BEDROOMS 
- There are 5 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the lower ground floor. 
- All rooms offer amenities like an all-weather AC, king-sized bed, Wi-Fi and attached bathrooms.&nbsp; 
- 4 bedrooms overlook breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake. 
 
BATHROOMS 
- There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS 
- There are 2 expansive living rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the lower ground floor. Both living rooms are adorned with various antiques and artefacts.&nbsp; 
- The living room on the ground floor offers couches and chairs and is equipped with an all-weather AC, Wi-Fi and TV.&nbsp; 
- The living room on the lower ground floor offers couches and chairs and is equipped with an all-weather AC, Wi-Fi and an electric fireplace. It also offers a pool table, carrom board and a dedicated cards table. 
- Both living rooms open up to attached balconies with seating arrangements, overlooking gorgeous mountainscapes.&nbsp; 
- There are 2 small gardens, that can be used to set up barbecues and bonfires.&nbsp; 
- The entrance of the villa boasts a stunning outdoor deck, ideal for a candlelight dinner.&nbsp;

KITCHEN 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD 
- If booked for 4 or more than 4 nights, a chef can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. Breakfast will not be included. 
- If booked for 3 or less than 3 nights, breakfast will be complimentary. All other meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. 
- Breakfast will be available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
 
GUEST ACCESS 
The guests have access to the entire villa, except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 10:30 PM, with breaks in between.&nbsp; 
 
STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
Yes, it is possible to accommodate your drivers and personal staff near the property premises for an additional fee of Rs. 800-1500. The caretaker will provide you with more information. &nbsp; 
 
ACTIVITIES 
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like carrom and pool. Guests can spend a peaceful morning in the gardens and enjoy an evening with bonfires and barbecues. They can enjoy a candlelight dinner amidst the mountains and the lake. They can also soak in the beautiful morning rays and landscapes from the balconies.

ADD-ON SERVICES

- Barbecue meals are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for veg meals and non-veg meals. 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 2 hours. 
- A candlelight dinner set-up can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per night. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. 
- There are 4 extra mattress/cots available at the property on a chargeable basis. Kids at Rs. 750 and adults at Rs. 1500.
