- There are 5 bathrooms - all attached.

- The living room can seat up to 20 people and has a balcony. 
- The lawn can accommodate up to 25 people.

- The villa is not ideal for kids aged below 10 years. The villa is located at a height with some sides open to the valley, and some parts have sharp edges. 
- In case of a power outage, backup is available.

- Each veg. meal is offered at Rs. 450 per person and Rs. 650 for non veg. 
- Barbecue and bonfire are available at Rs. 1500 for a session and the owner needs to be informed about it well in advance.
