- There is a living room in the basement area, equipped with an AC, TV and a wired music system, table tennis and other indoor games. It offers comfortable seating space for up to 20 people. 
- There is a separate air-conditioned, pool facing dining room that provides seating for up to 20 people. 
- There are 2 lawns, both 650 sq. ft. in size with seating space for up to 20-25 people. 
- There are 2 terraces as well.&nbsp; 
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, 30x15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.&nbsp;

KITCHEN 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

FOOD 
- Breakfast is complimentary. It will be served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.&nbsp; 
- All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis.

GUEST ACCESS 
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.

- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area. &nbsp; 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.&nbsp; 
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.&nbsp; 
- Wi-Fi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.

- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected. 
- This full amount will be reimbursed within 5 business days after checkout, as long as the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is followed, and no damages occur.

- Barbecue and bonfire are available at Rs. 1500 for a session and the owner needs to be informed about it well in advance.
