Surrounded by lush greens, Shivom Villa is a peaceful haven in the lap of nature. A swimming pool in the middle of the garden is perfect to just relax in while soaking in the views all around, which often include waterfalls as well! The inside space is neat and every comfort of a home that you may need is available for you. With additional facilities such as bonfires, Shivom Villa makes for a great getaway option!

This is a wheelchair-friendly, and pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 13 airconditioned bedrooms spread across 4 units - 3 bedrooms in 3 individual units and 4 bedrooms in one unit.
- All bedrooms are on the ground floor. 
- All bedrooms offer a comfortable double bed and ensuite bathrooms. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

BATHROOMS
- There are a total of 13 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms are equipped with geysers for hot water supply, towels and basic toiletries. 

COMMON AREAS 
- All units open up to spacious living rooms, that offer ample sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 9 people. 
- The living areas are equipped with a TV and a music system. 
- The expansive exteriors of the property are an absolute delight overlooking the blissful surroundings. 
- Housing beautifully manicured private lawns, the premises are ideal for hosting events for up to 40 people altogether! 
- Guests can enjoy a friendly match of badminton on the lawns. 
- Each unit has a private swimming pool that overlooks the serene lake. 
- The pools are 15x11 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth and can accommodate up to 9 people each. 
- The living areas in all units open up to an outdoor deck, that offer incredible views of the pools, the lush greenery and the pristine lake. 

KITCHEN
- There are 4 kitchens - one in each unit. 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchens in all units are equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please note that ordering outside food is not allowed at the property.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villas. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Promising a rejuvenating getaway amidst spectacular landscapes, Shivom Villa is a beautiful property in Pawna. Within the property, guests can start their day with a brisk morning walk on the lawns or enjoy a competitive match of badminton. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as cards and ludo. Reserve the evenings for a refreshing splash in the private swimming pools that overlook the lake. Head over to the outdoor deck and soak in the soothing views of the lake as the sky is painted in the vibrant hues of the sunset. Go home relaxed and with a bag of memories.  

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. This is subject to availability.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note, all bedrooms and common areas are spread across 4 units. 
- The stay is a part of a gated community.
- Guests are advised to not leave the villa premises after 7 PM, as it would be difficult for them to make their way back to the villa.
- Guests are requested to check-in before 6 pm as it would be difficult to locate the villa in the dark.
- In case of a power outage, an inverter and generator are available. 
- We are unable to offer Wi-Fi here, however mobile networks such as Vi work fairly well here. 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

HOUSE RULES 
- Kindly do not wear footwear inside the premises of the villas. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
