- Breakfast is complimentary.
- A barbecue kit can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 1000. Please note that any requests for the bonfire cannot be placed after 10 PM. 
- Pets are welcome. However, an additional charge of Rs. 750 per pet, per day will be levied.
- Guests are welcome to access the bar area at no extra cost. However, guests will need to make arrangements for their own alcohol requirements.
- Amenities such as indoor games, torches, and clothes dryers can be accessed by the guests for no extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms and common areas except for the kitchen. Kindly be advised that the owner resides on the property in a distinct unit that is not accessible to the guests. There are 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 1 bedroom. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
