Spread across a sprawling acre featuring ample outdoor spaces, including a manicured lawn and a private swimming pool, this home has it all. With a fusion of contemporary and rustic interiors, it also boasts a spacious projector room, patios, and balconies. Synonymous with an indulgent, relaxing and serene getaway, this home awaits your arrival.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 5 well-furnished bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.
- All rooms offer ample amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi access and en suite bathrooms. 
- 1 bedroom on the first floor has 2 king-sized beds, 1 has a queen-sized bed and all others offer king-sized beds. 
- The ground floor bedroom also offers an attached patio, and 3 bedrooms on the first floor offer an attached balcony overlooking splendid views of the hills. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 en suite bathrooms, 1 common bathroom, 2 common powder rooms and 1 pool shower. 
- All en suite bathrooms have separate shower cubicles, geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- One of the bathrooms also offers a bathtub. 

INDOOR AREAS
- There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of the villa, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and high ceilings. 
- It is equipped with sofa-style seating arrangements that can accommodate up to 10 people. 
- It offers a TV, wired music system, Wi-Fi access and a carrom board with seating. The living room is not equipped with an AC. 
- The living room also has an attached attic, with seating arrangements for up to 12 people. 
- There is a separate dining area on the first floor, equipped with ample seating arrangements. 
- The basement of the home houses a cosy projector room that can seat up to 12 people.
- It is equipped with a range of indoor games like table tennis and a projector ideal for a movie marathon. 

OUTDOOR AREAS
- The living room overlooks the sprawling 4000 sq. ft. lawn. It has an attached gazebo. 
- The exteriors of the villa feature a massive private swimming pool, 40x25ft. in size and 4ft. in depth, which can also be heated up.
- Guests can lounge by the pool deck, relax on the sun loungers and make the most of the attached wooden gazebo. 
- Guests have access to the pool till 11 PM.
- The property also features a 4-seater jacuzzi, adjacent to the pool. Guests can indulge in a relaxing session while catching up with their loved ones.
- The front of this holiday home also features a cosy outdoor patio, perfect for an alfresco dining experience. It has a hammock ideal for lounging.

KITCHEN
- Guests and their personal cooks do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meal.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. 

FOOD
- All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. 
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, excluding meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in-house. 

HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES
Spread across an acre, leaving this home might prove to be difficult. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool, or a relaxing session in the jacuzzi while soaking in the morning sun and lounging by the pool loungers and pool deck. Start your day with a peaceful walk on the sprawling lawn, adorned with vibrant flowers. Relax in the snuggly sit-outs spread throughout the lawn and unwind on the hammock. Relish all your meals at the outdoor patio, enjoy a lavish barbecue spread and request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

While indoors, play indoor games like carrom, table tennis and snooker. Put on your favourite movies and binge them all and make the most of the projector room. Snuggle in with a book in the attic. Enjoy the morning cup of tea on the balcony amidst fresh air. Go home refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. 
- Guests can access the jacuzzi for no additional cost.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Jacuzzi is not operational till further notice.
- This is not a pet-friendly property. 
- The living room is not equipped with an AC. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas.  
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 10 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Please note that it takes around 5 to 6 hours to heat the water in the jacuzzi. Kindly inform us prior to your check-in.
- Kindly be aware that while our villa provides heated pool amenities, however, there are certain circumstances that may affect its availability. These include the monsoon season, fluctuations in electricity supply, or potential power outages from the local electricity provider (MCSB). During such instances, guests may not have access to the heated pool facility.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is outdoors only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
