B-24 Spring - Wada - Villa in Mumbai

A villa that feels like home the moment you step in, Spring makes for a comfortable getaway spot. Its interiors are tidy, and outdoors, greenery abounds. There's a pool for you to enjoy a splash in, thus setting the vacation mood just right! The comfortable beds and peaceful atmosphere may have you snoozing longer than usual, although hanging out with the group in the living room or up on the terrace hold a promise of fun that is sure to lure you out. If yours is a bigger group, the adjacent villa, Autumn, can be booked too, to accommodate up to twice as many guests

The Space
Let me walk you through the villa:
Bedrooms: (1 bedroom is on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor)
- All bedrooms have air-conditioner
 - One of the rooms on the first floor has an attached balcony.
- Two bedrooms have double beds whereas one bedroom has 2 single beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:
- The living room has seating arrangements for 8-10 people
- The living room has a flat screen TV and WiFi
 
Bathrooms:
- There are 3 bathrooms - One on the ground floor, one on the first floor and another by the poolside. 
- Geysers are offered in all the bathrooms except for the one by the poolside
- Basic essentials and toiletries like body gel and shampoo will be provided at the property.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and for reheating purposes but not for elaborate cooking.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, crockery and cutlery. 

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant and will be delivered to the villa.
- The package comprises lunch, evening snacks, dinner, followed by breakfast (for the next day).
- Guests are requested to place their order 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food is strictly prohibited at the property.

Pool and Lawn:
- The villa has a private pool and a lawn
- The pool is 17.6 x 7 in size is 3.3ft and 10 inches deep.
- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice

House Rules:
- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors.
- IDs are required for all guests.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- One pet is allowed at the Villa.
 
Pet Policy:
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet, at an additional cost.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
- A refundable deposit will be collected before the check-in date, if a pet is accompanying the guests.

Additional Amenities:
- Hair dryer is available.
- Guests may use the wardrobes.
- A medical kit is available at the villa.
- Mosquito repellent can be provided..
- Secured parking space for 2 cars is available, along with an additional parking spot on the street
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- A complimentary tractor ride of approximately 1.5 hours can be arranged, which will take the guests to the lake point, Nakshatra Garden and nearby nature trails. 

Other things to note:
- Guests can choose to pay for the food via Google Pay or Paytm. Cash transactions are generally not encouraged.
- The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the Genset can run up to 6 hours in total. Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 1 hours so as to be used throughout the day
- There is also an inverter present that will be used for the power supply once the Genset is turned off
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
  
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.   In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Staff Accommodation
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

Interaction with Guests
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

Neighbourhood
- This villa is located close in Greenway Society
- The villa is located amid nature. Guests can go for walks in the nearby areas

Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
