BEDROOMS
- There are 10 bedrooms - 6 on the ground floor, 4 on the first floor.
- AC, electric kettle and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have king-sized beds.
- 4 rooms on the first floor have an attached balcony.
- All rooms offer a garden view.

BATHROOMS
- There are 11 bathrooms in the villa - 10 attached and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in all attached bathrooms. 

COMMON AREAS
- The living room offers lounge-style seating for up to 12 people. The living room is equipped with an AC.
- The dining area is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for 12 people.
- There is a 2 acre lawn that can seat up to 250 people.
- It is ideal for outdoor activities and events.
- There is an infinity swimming pool with a sunken bar and waterfall fountains.
- The pool is 60x20 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- The pool timings are 6AM to 10PM.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs.5000.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, a water purifier, toaster, and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to books, games and swimming pool.    

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. Lunch and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are able to provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs.1000 per person.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games. They can request for a bonfire to be lit up. Guests can also enjoy a hearty barbecue spread.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is a CCTV camera for security reasons.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.2000 for 2 hours.
- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.

Taxi services can be offered at an additional cost. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 10 cars is available.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:30 PM.
- Drinking is allowed only outdoors. 
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
