The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
- AC, WiFi and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- 2 rooms have king-sized beds, 1 room has a queen-sized bed and 1 room has a double bed. 
- 3 rooms also offer foldable beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached and 1 common bathroom. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in one bathroom.
- There is a common pool shower as well.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room offers sofa-style seating and can accommodate up to 15 people.
- It offers WiFi access and is equipped with TV
- The dining room is a part of the living room. It offers comfortable seating for 8 people.
- There is a separate entertainment room on the first floor equipped with seating space, board games, table tennis and other games.
- There is a big balcony on the first floor with seating space for 10 people. 
- There is a landscaped lawn that can accommodate up to 40 people at any given time. 
- There is a massive swimming pool of 14 ft. x 30 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
- The pool cannot be used post 10 PM for safety reasons. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates
- Outside meals and ordering in food is not allowed. However, in the case of meal packages being unavailable at our end, guests can choose to order in from the nearby restaurants.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs.1000 per day, excluding meals. Extra mattresses are available at the villa, which can be used for staff accommodation.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games. They can take a peaceful walk around the neighbourhood and embrace its beauty. There is a games room which can be used for endless fun. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up or a barbecue session to be arranged.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.  
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all lights and fans except for large appliances for up to 6 hours. If the generator is required for additional hours, the diesel charges will be borne by the guests.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
This is a pet-friendly property. However, please note that guests will have to pay a refundable deposit of Rs. 5000 for the same.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.2000, per session, with an additional GST charge of 18%.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Drinking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
