Located in the lap of nature, away from the chaos and surrounded by stunning views of the lake and the hills, Casa Paun is an ideal villa to disconnect from the monotony. Featuring cosy, modern interiors and fittings, this villa is equipped with an infinity pool, ideal for relaxation and beautifully lush, green lawns with an attached amphitheatre, perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor. 
- AC, Wi-Fi, TV, king-sized beds, attached bathrooms and attached balconies with a lake view are offered in both rooms. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached, 1 common. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- 1 attached bathroom has a bathtub. 

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the ground floor, it provides comfortable seating for up to 7 people. 
- It is equipped with a portable music system, Wi-Fi and TV. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people. 
- There is a lush lawn with an attached amphitheatre. It can seat up to 12 people at any given time. 
- The villa has a private infinity pool overlooking the surrounding hills. It is 25x10 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. 
- There is a deck area that overlooks beautiful views. 

KITCHEN
- Guests have access to the kitchen only for reheating purposes, tea/coffee and baby meals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- A chef can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per day. This is subject to availability.
- Groceries will be charged as per actuals.
- BBQ is available at an additional cost.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and the swimming pool. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in-house. The maximum occupancy of the villa includes the staff members and the guests. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace the beauty around. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The location of the villa is secluded. 
- There is a rough patch leading up to the villa. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas.  
- In case of a power outage, the 25KVA generator can support all the appliances.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. 
- The infinity pool directly overlooks the valley, hence guests are advised to be cautious near the edge of the pool. 

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is allowed. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- All male and all female groups are not allowed.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
