It’s time to treat yourself and your loved ones! With 4 spacious bedrooms, a massive living room and a vast terrace, there’s enough space for everyone. Play games like cricket and badminton on the 2 sprawling lawns, and catch a breath in between at the gazebo. There is swimming pool! Simply sit around a bonfire and share old memories, or explore the tree-house and create new ones!

This is a wheelchair-friendly, and pet-friendly property.
The Space:
BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms and 1 family room - 1 on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms along with the family room on the first floor.
- All rooms offer an AC and attached bathrooms.
- 3 bedrooms have king-sized beds.
- The family room features 2 interconnected rooms, with a king-sized bed each.
BATHROOMS
- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa. - 4 attached, 1 common bathroom on the ground floor.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries and a separate dressing area.
COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 18 people. It offers a music system and TV.
- The dining area seats up to 8 people.
- There is a 2,000 sq. ft lawn with accommodation for up to 75 people.
- The other lawn is 1800 sq ft. in size.
- There is swimming pool.
- The pool size is 12x25 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Guests are requested to provide their food preferences 72 hours prior to their check-in.
- Please note that outside food is strictly not allowed.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per night, excluding meal charges.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards or ludo and outdoor games like cricket or badminton. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is a CCTV camera installed in the living room, near the entrance and in the gardens for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support one tubelight and one fan from each room for up to 24 hours.
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.
- We are unable to offer WiFi here.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- The living room is equipped with an AC, however it is not operational.
- As the stay is a part of a gated society, it is mandatory for all guests to carry photocopies of their ID proof and submit the same at the security entrance, upon arrival. Guests will not be permitted to enter without it.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
- The jacuzzi can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 4000/- per session. The payment for the same needs to be done directly at the property.
HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:00 PM.
- Guests are requested to not play loud music while driving through the society roads.
- Guests are requested to treat the staff with kindness and respect.
- Guests are requested to park their vehicles at the designated place and not block the entrance of the gated complex. Parking on society roads is not allowed and a penalty will be levied.
- Guests are requested to keep the society's common area and roads clean. Burning of garbage and garden waste is not permitted and a penalty of Rs. 2500 will be levied.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that outside food is strictly not allowed.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
