Cascades Villa - Villa in Lonavala

Dreamy four-poster beds, sheer white curtains and a neutral colour palette - Cascades is what Scandinavian interior dreams are made of! One look at the photos and you’ll be in love with the space. The way the natural light streams in here is rather poetic. When you’ve admired the beauty of the interiors, and are ready to explore more, look outside the balconies for a gorgeous view of nature. We highly recommend a splash in your private pool to make it a perfect vacation!

Space:
Let me walk you through the villa:

BEDROOMS: 
- There are 3 bedrooms - 2 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. 
- AC’s and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. 
- Balconies are attached in 2 bedrooms. 
- Double-beds are provided in all the rooms.

BATHROOMS: 
- There are 4 bathrooms - 3 attached and 1 common powder room. 
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.

COMMON AREAS: 
- The living room seats up to 10 people and offers an AC.
- An 8-seater dining table is available
- There is a lawn with seating for up to 15 people. 
- A bonfire can be arranged on prior notice. 
- There is a swimming pool that can accommodate up to 8 people at any given time. 
- The pool also has a waterfall for a refreshing experience. 
- The pool is 28x7.5 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. 
- It is accessible from 10 AM to 8 PM.
- Children must be supervised all the time while they are in or around the pool.
- Wi-Fi is accessible only in the living area.

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for 12 people. 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

MEALS
- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
 - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests may eat out at nearby eateries like Kinara Dhaba and Sheetal Dhaba. 
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
- Please note that the meals will be delivered to the property.

HOUSE RULES: 
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors. 
- Footwear’s are not allowed inside the villa.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

GUEST ACCESS
-The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
- There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

Other things to note:
- Kindly note, this home may not be ideal for toddlers, children and family groups, as the staircase leading to the upper level floors do not have railings and the sockets are on the floor. Guests are advised to be cautious.
- This property is suitable for pets, however, pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. 
- Parking space is secured for up to 3 cars. 
- In case of a power outage, power back up is available in the villa.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
