The Space:

BEDROOMS
- Dotted with tasteful wooden decor and an aura that exudes luxury, Cedar offers 2 bedrooms - both on the ground floor.
- Both these bedrooms overlook the enchanting garden.
- Each bedroom is decked with amenities including a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, electric kettle and ensuite bathrooms. 
- For those of you who love a cosy sleeping arrangement, walk up the mezzanine floor embellished with a warm set-up of mattress and cushions, that one of the bedrooms offer.
- Both the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms that have an attached jacuzzi for you to lose yourself and relax in.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.
- All ensuite bathrooms have separate dressing areas, geysers, rain showers, towels and basic toiletries.
- The bathrooms also offer jacuzzis.

COMMON AREAS
- As you drive in through the quaint roads of Chikmagalur, you will be welcomed into what one can only call a euphoric wooden dreamhouse.
- Making for a unique experience, this holiday home has been thoughtfully designed to reduce carbon footprint. 
- As you enter inside the home, you will be greeted by the quaint living space along with a plush wooden bar area waiting for you.
- Whilst the indoor spaces are expansive, this home encourages you to reconvene and gather around in the exteriors.
- The home’s wrap-around porch makes for a makeshift drawing room - truly one of a kind that embraces nature and serenity all at once. 
- It is furnished with ample seating arrangements for up to 8 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi and a CCTV camera for security purposes.
- The porch leads out to the well-manicured garden, 22,000 sq. ft. in size featuring a dining area and bar set-up, ideal for relishing your favourite cocktails.
- There is a surreal rock pond along with a separate bonfire and barbecue zone. 

KITCHEN
Guests do not have access to the common kitchen.
It is equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, water kettle, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. An induction stove is available on request.
Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Promising an experience on its own, this beautiful property in Chikmagalur is what dreams are made of. You almost will not want to step out of this peaceful abode that boasts a spectrum of amenities. Days here begin with leisurely strolls on the lawn followed by relishing the morning cuppa in the soothing gazebo dining area, in the company of sweet birdsongs. Enjoy a de-stressing soak in the jacuzzi. Venture out and go down the hobbit hole. Devour an elaborate barbecue spread and end the day with a bonfire. To experience the absolute best of nature, indulge in a night of camping. If you wish to step out, we suggest heading for a plantation drive. A drive to the viewpoint can be arranged as well. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- The barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per use. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. 
- Camping in tents can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per tent, per day.
- A plantation drive in Thar CRDe can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3500.
- A drive to the viewpoint in Thar CRDe can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 5000.
- A package of plantation drive, rafting and mini-trek can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 7500. 
- Pets can be accommodated at an additional charge of Rs. 700 per pet, per night. Guests can pay the amount directly at the property.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is a pet-friendly property. Pets can be accommodated at an additional charge of Rs. 700 per pet, per night. Guests can pay the amount directly at the property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
-Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Loud music is not allowed. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.  
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
