Overlooking a coconut plantation, as its name suggests; this home is blessed with balconies in each room and provides a verdant view and an organic and breathable ambience. Wake up to verdancy and head out for a long, refreshing walk. When you’re done connecting with nature, enter through the little door and walk into the exquisite traditional living area to enjoy a delicious breakfast you will devour. 

With a myriad of attractions to head to near the home and enough art to appreciate around the home, you’re bound to love your time here.

BEDROOMS
- Traditionally built with a touch of modernity, there are a total of 4 bedrooms at this property - 2 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor.
- Each of these bedrooms offer amenities like queen-sized beds, an extra foldable bed and Wi-Fi access. 
- Two of the rooms, 1 room on the first floor & one on the second floor offer an air-conditioner. 
- With a quaint view of either the serene coconut plantation or the beautiful city of Bangalore, each of the rooms have a quaint balcony where guests can relax and soak in some views.
- All the bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom with separate dressing areas.

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 ensuite, 1 common powder room. 
- All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. 

COMMON AREAS
- As you walk in through the eclectic entryway, you will be welcomed into a traditionally designed living room that seems so cosy; it will immediately feel like home.
- The living room can seat up to 7 people and is equipped with a 50-inch TV.
- The home is also equipped with a separate dining room that seats 6 people. 
- Guests can relax by the serene lawn at the property and enjoy a nice rendezvous with their loved ones.

KITCHEN
- In-house chef is not available.
- Kitchen access can be granted at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. Guests will have to purchase their own materials.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Guests can relish a complimentary South Indian breakfast.
- Guests can order food online or from outside.
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
- The only thing offered would be gas and cutlery.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present all day to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy sipping a hot cup of coffee by the beautiful balconies in each of the bedrooms. Wake up to the melodious chirping of birds and get in touch with nature, in spite of being so close to the city. Take a peaceful walk by the lawn or the coconut plantation. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a view under the quaint sky. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. 
- In case of a power outage, the solar panels can support all lights & fans for up to 8 hours. 
- Mobile networks like BSNL/Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays near the premises of the property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Coal & raw materials like chicken, paneer, vegetable, spices etc are subject to availability and price.
- Guests should confirm their preference at least 24hrs prior.

Besides contemporary pubs, discos and hangout spots, you can also find the remnants of the famous older Bangalore food joints. HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only in the balconies & outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- The guest needs to submit their ID proofs at the time of the booking.
- In case the ID proofs are not submitted at the time of booking then check-in will be denied.
- Right to admission reserved with StayVista in case of non-adherence to house rules.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
