The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There a 3 lavish and spacious rooms - all on the ground floor.
- Adorned with chic wooden decor, these rooms offer a king-sized bed, an extra mattress, central air conditioning system, TV, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe, locker, a heater, and an electric kettle.
- One of the rooms on the ground floor has a separate designated workstation.
- All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room -  on the ground floor of this property.
- All attached bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. The powder room has a geyser but no provisions for a shower.
- All attached bathrooms have a separate dressing area.

INDOOR AREAS
- There are two such expansive living rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor of this property.
- The living room on the ground floor is adorned with contemporary wooden interiors and with its lounge-type seating can accommodate up to 7 people.
- This room offers a plethora of amenities such as a TV, Wi-Fi access, central air conditioning system, heater, and a portable music system.
- The living room on the first floor, embellished with lavish chic interiors also features a lounge-type seating arrangement that can seat up to 6 people.
- It offers amenities such as Wi-Fi access and a heater.
- There is a separate dining area on the ground floor of this property.
- This room has ample seating capacity of up to 6 people and is equipped with an AC.
- This chic villa also features a quaint drawing-room on the ground floor.
- All literary fans are in for a treat as the first floor of this villa also features some of the best classic collections of books.

EXTERIOR AREAS
- The exteriors of this lavish villa feature three such verdant lawns covering an area of 2000sq.ft and 900 sq.ft each.
- One of these three lawns features a quaint gazebo where guests can indulge in some catching-up sessions with the fam.
- All of these well-manicured lawns have ample seating arrangement and can seat up to - people.
- All rooms on the ground floor open up to two such airy and private verandahs
- These spacious-looking verandahs can seat up to 2 people.
- This villa also has a private outdoor pool where guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak or unwind with their loved ones.
- It is 18x24 sq.ft in size and 6ft. in depth. 
- Guests can access the pool from 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM at an additional cost of Rs. 1000. Also, the pool is unavailable for use from September through March, and it is accessible from April to August.

KITCHEN
- Guests have access to the kitchen premises only for reheating purposes.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- All Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 females and 1 male at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per person. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES
Within this elegant and opulent property, guests can enjoy a multitude of carefully designed experiences that make their stay quite the memorable one. The outdoor private pool and the quaint gazebo are a great way for guests to unwind. The private verandahs offer a scenic backdrop of the verdant lawns at any time of day or night. Pick and nook or corner of this house, whether it be the spacious verandah, the terrace, or a quiet corner, and enjoy a steaming cup of your preferred drink. How about a brief round of indoor games with your tribe while spending some quality time together? All literary fans are in for a treat as this villa also features some of the best classic collections of books. Guests can also enjoy a movie night owing to the home-theatre system. And to top it off, guests can savour the delectable barbeque feast or the bonfire during chilly nights while sipping their favourite beverages. All yoga and fitness enthusiasts can get the whole meditation experience at the meditation center.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can access the home-theatre system on request for an additional cost of Rs.1500.
- Guests can request spa services which include a full body massage for an extra charge of Rs.2500.
- Access to the meditation center can be made available at no additional cost. Guests can also book a free meditation session here for a spiritual experience.- Dry cleaning services can be made available on request. It will be charged as per actuals.
- Guests can avail of the bonfire setup at an extra cost of Rs.1000 per hour.
- Guests can access the pool at an additional cost of Rs. 1000.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The pool is unavailable for use from September through March, and it is accessible from April to August.
- The villa is located in a secluded area.
- All-male groups and unmarried couples are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 6 hours.
- Additionally, the inverter can support all plug points and lights for up to 4 hours.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the exteriors and the kitchen area for security purposes.
- This is a standalone property.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Guests are advised to dispose of the buds in the ashtrays only.
- Guests can access the pool from 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
