The roomy interiors and vast poolside lawn is designed to host age-old vintage style get-togethers, so party big and make the most of it!

This is neither wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS        
- There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. 
- One of the bedroosms situated on the ground floor is equipped with a bed which is relatively low in height.
- Amenities such as an AC, double beds and ensuite bathrooms are offered in all the bedrooms.

BATHROOMS 
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- This boho-chic home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, furnished with plush seating arrangements for up to 10 people. 
- It boasts beautiful artwork and eye-catching knick-knacks spread throughout. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people. It is equipped with Wi-Fi access and music system. 
- The exteriors of this home feature a manicured garden, ideal for hosting events. It is embellished with cosy seating arrangements for up to 10 people. 
- Guests can unwind and relax in the private swimming pool, 25x10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a water filter.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.               - The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.                            

GUEST ACCESS          
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS                     
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay at this Lonavala villa. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- Events can be organised at an additional cost on prior notice.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention about this rental villa in Lonavala so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This property is not suitable for pets.
- In case of a power outage, power backup is available in the villa. 
- The outdoor area is under CCTV surveillance for security purposes. 
- Children must be supervised all the time while the terrace is accessed. 
- This is not a pet-friendly property. 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.

HOUSE RULES 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed at the villa.
- Smoking indoors is not permitted.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES 
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
