- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1800 per person, per day. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. 

ACTIVITIES
An ideal escape for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, El Parque is swathed in green verdancy. Within the property, guests can start their day with an elaborate breakfast spread, amidst the sweet birdsongs. Enjoy a brisk morning walk in the beautiful gardens, and savour the morning breeze. Let the kids make the most of the children’s play area. Reserve the evenings for a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool and relish your favourite cocktails by the bar. Unwind and relax on the pool loungers. Snuggle with a book to read in the many cosy nooks of the house. Retire to your private, furnished balconies. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Relish a lavish barbecue spread around the bonfire. Take home a bag of memories. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.
- The washing machine and iron can be used at an additional cost, on request during long stays. 
- The bar can be accessed at an additional cost. Guests are requested to carry their alcohol permit. 
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.                            

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the diesel generator can support all the appliances for up to 10 hours. The diesel for the same will be charged as per actuals.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

HOUSE RULES
- This property is not ideal for any kind of day shoots. For organising events such as marriages and parties, prior approval for the same is needed.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed inside the premises of the main villa.
- A fine for the same may be levied if guests fail to adhere to this rule.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 9 PM.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
