Replete with all the imaginable modern comforts, this holiday home resembles a quaint mountainside chalet, immersed in unending foliage. The definition of a nature escape, the villa's illustrious amenities include a private swimming pool overlooking the serene panoramas of the surrounding verdure, and a manicured garden that is perfect for a leisurely stroll in the mornings. Days here are punctuated with the sweet soundscape of twittering birds, sun rays slicing through the clouds and a refreshing misty breeze. The Space:

BEDROOMS
- The home features a total of 3 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and ensuite bathrooms.
- Each bedroom overlooks the surrounding plunging valleys.
- Extra foldable beds can be provided on request. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- One of the bathrooms also offers a hairdryer. 

COMMON AREAS
- Enter through the gates of this luxurious villa and welcome a galore of thoughtfully designed indoor spaces. 
- The home opens up to an expansive living room on the ground floor, furnished with ample seating arrangements for up to 9 people. 
- It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi, TV and a music system.
- The dining area is a component of the living room and can accommodate up to 6 people. 
- The exteriors of the property boast serene green lawns and amenities to make your stay unforgettable. 
- Guests can unwind and relax in the green gardens, 3000 sq. ft. in size which features many walking trails.
- There is a lawnside gazebo, ideal for reading a book amidst nature.
- There is a private swimming pool, 20x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool till 10 PM. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. 

ACTIVITIES
Promising to be a serene getaway in the serene hills of Lonavala, this holiday home promises to be an amazing getaway. Within the property, guests can start their day with a blissful walk on the lawns. Grab a book to read in the gazebo, amidst the morning sun and lush greenery. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Reserve the evenings for a refreshing splash in the swimming pool. Relish a lavish barbecue spread around the bonfire. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The property is nestled amidst verdant landscapes and is secluded. 
- Given its location amidst lush greenery, guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings to avoid insects entering the premises. 
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours. 
- Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
