This spectacular villa is a stone's throw away from the Table Land - a rather famous tourist sight in Panchgani. Step onto the expansive carpeted terrace of this home, and watch the horizons blur and become one. Every evening, the skies are splattered in vibrant hues which must be experienced in person, whilst you swing away all your worries.

The indoor spaces are nothing but immaculate; each room exudes a distinct character of its own. From the drawing room to the bedrooms, each space is designed to emanate luxury. The overwhelming choices of indulgent experiences will leave you spoilt - be it the snug private mini-theatre room or the designated games room that boasts every family game imaginable. Our favourite spot in the villa is its private swimming pool which serves as the perfect chill zone after a grueling week in the city. There is something for your little ones too! The children's play area is complete with slides, swings, and a trampoline.

- This sprawling holiday home features 5 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor, and 2 on the second floor.
- All bedrooms offer a plethora of lavish amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, TV, wardrobe, and an extra mattress.
- Wake up to scenic views of the surrounding hills covered in evergreen hues, and the company of the soothing breeze and twittering birds.
- All bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- This expansive home features a spacious living room on the ground floor, boasting plush seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
- It is equipped with a myriad of amenities such as a music system, TV, 2 ACs, Wi-Fi, and a CCTV camera for security purposes.
- The air-conditioned dining area is a part of the living room and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is equipped with a TV.
- The comfortable and snug interiors open up to the lush exteriors that effortlessly blend in with the surrounding viridescent pastels.
- The basement features a designated games room that is equipped with a variety of indoor games including table tennis, carrom, air hockey, pool, and foosball.
- Guests can stay in and make the most of the in-house private mini-home theatre room that is ornamented with comfortable yet plush sofas.
- The exteriors of the property feature a beautifully carpeted garden, featuring a tranquil gazebo with seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
- It leads to the viewing deck that is thoughtfully embellished with a swing for you, to enjoy the refreshing breeze and the views.
- You can keep your little ones occupied at the children’s play area which has a slide, swings, and a trampoline.
- Guests can unwind by the pool and head over for a de-stressing soak amidst the panoramas of Panchgani.
- The pool is 26x17 ft. in size and 4.5 in depth.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
- A chef can be arranged on prior request at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per meal to provide simple, home-cooked meals.
- Alternatively, guests can choose to bring their own chef to cook meals.
- Cleaning charges of Rs. 1000 per day will be levied for both options.
- Guests can also book outside caterers for their stay for which the cleaning charges will be Rs. 1000 per day.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Within the property, guests can begin their day with a leisurely morning walk on the terrace garden, whilst soaking in the refreshing, morning breeze. Swing away to your heart’s content as the tickling winds constantly keep you company. The wrap-around balconies are ideal for spending time with your books - amidst nature and great views. As your day progresses, head over to the basement for a chill session with your loved ones in the games room. The variety of games offered ensures that there is something for each one of you; whilst your little ones are occupied in the kids' play section. The mini-theatre room makes for a perfect movie night, so grab your popcorn while you are at it! Reserve the evenings for a de-stressing soak in the private swimming pool. Devour a lavish barbecue meal.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A barbecue can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The mini-home theatre can be accessed at no additional cost.
- Pets are allowed at an additional charge of Rs. 5000.
- If guests are to use the villa sockets for EV charging an additional charge of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours only would be levied.
- Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
- Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings given the presence of insects and bugs around.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, pets are allowed at an additional charge of Rs. 5000.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Loudspeakers are not allowed outdoors. If not adhered to, a fine and penalty by the local authorities and police will be levied.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays near the premises of the property.
- The stay is a part of a gated society that houses Grande Belleza and Grande Montana.
- Please note that any personal staff staying at the property will be counted as an extra person for which charges will be levied.
- Please note that EV chargers are not available at the property and guests are requested to charge at Public EV stations only. If guests are to use the villa sockets for EV charging an additional charge of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours only would be levied.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets.
- Charges for Pets will be collected separately. Rs. 5000 per stay.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling into the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A DCRW and a refundable deposit of Rs. 5000 per room will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- Please note that our Standard Cancellation Policy will be applicable while booking the property.
