Hillside Cove - Villa in Lonavala

Located in a serene gated society, Hillside Cove checks all the boxes for a relaxing holiday. A spacious property with comfortable, modern interiors, this villa offers an endless list of amenities. With a stunning exterior, it features a small private lawn, ideal for indulging in outdoor activities, an in-house library with a diverse collection of books for all readers, a games room, a terrace with a bar counter and a private swimming pool. All you have to do now is pack your bags!

This is a wheelchair-friendly, and pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
- AC, WiFi, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have attached balconies with garden/mountain views. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached and 1 powder room on the ground floor.
- All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries and a separate dressing area.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 8 people. 
- It offers sofa-style seating and is equipped with an AC, TV and music system.
- The dining room is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people.
- There is a games room and library on the first floor, with an attached balcony. 
- There is a bar counter on the terrace. Guests will have to get their own drinks. 
- There is a small private lawn with seating for 3-4 people. 
- There is a plunge pool within the premises as well. 

KITCHEN
- There is an open kitchen on the ground floor. 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and an electric kettle. 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa. 
- Guests can also eat out at nearby restaurants or order-in.
- Consumption of non vegetarian food is allowed. 
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Hillside Cove is a part of a gated community named Pristine Villas. There is a common playground within the complex that is accessible to the guests. Within the villa, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games in the games room. They can take a peaceful walk around the complex and embrace its beauty. There is an in-house library also with a diverse collection of books. The terrace bar makes for a great place to unwind and enjoy the view.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the entrance area.  
- In case of a power outage, power backup is available for 2 to 4 hours.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. 
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors and in balconies.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
