This is not a wheelchair-friendly property, nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 spacious bedrooms - both on the first floor of the second cottage.
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a comfortable queen-sized bed, AC, heater, Wi-Fi access, wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.
Please note, there are a total of 7 bedrooms and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 2  bedrooms. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 attached bathrooms.
- Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room is on the first floor of the second cottage and offers ample seating arrangements for up to 9 people and is equipped with an AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a heater. 
- There is a separate dining room on the ground floor of the main cottage that can seat up to 6 people.
- The breathtaking exteriors of the property feature a 2000 sq. ft. lawn with a seating capacity of 10 people. 

KITCHEN
- There is a commercial kitchen and a kitchenette. Guests may only use the kitchenette for reheating purposes. Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
There are 2 cottages on the premises. Guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES
Whisk away to a dreamy holiday amidst the mountains. This cosy, yet spacious holiday home will leave you wanting more. Within the property, guests can start their day with a lazy morning stroll on the lawns, and soak in the refreshing air. Be one with nature and capture the breathtaking views that come as a norm in each nook of this property. Snuggle with a book to read peacefully, amidst the incredible landscapes. Play indoor games such as cards or ludo. Lounge and unwind in the various common areas of this home. End the day with a bonfire night in the company of your loved ones. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per crate of wood. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The property is spread across 2 cottages and guests will have access to their rooms and common areas. 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen and the ground floor of the cottage. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times. 
- The property has several indoor fireplaces, however, for safety purposes, guests do not have access to the same. 
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external areas for security purposes. 
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Guests are advised to be cautious, given the presence of monkeys around.
- Owing to the narrow roads and limited parking space, guests are advised against driving SUVs and large vehicles to the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
