GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 female and 1 male staff member at no additional cost. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. The staff members will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the massive swimming pool, bask in the sun while on the pool loungers and enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. Unwind in the steam and sauna room. Play indoor games like pool, cards and ludo or pick up a book to read and snuggle with in a nook. Take a peaceful walk on the lawn and have delightful conversations. Soak in the fresh breeze while in the gazebo. Workout in the in-house gym. Enjoy your favourite cocktails by the poolside bar. Relish a sumptuous barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. Relax by the pond and soak in the blissful views.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- The steam room and sauna room can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 each, for a duration of one hour. 
- The washing machine can be use used at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per load.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per session.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- Guests are advised not to go very far from the villa. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living area for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Construction is in progress near the property and hence guests may experience some disturbance.

- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
