Lazy Daze - Villa in Lonavala

Each balcony overlooks the stunning surrounding landscapes that overlook lawns and greenery.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property. Trained pets are welcome. 

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor. 
- All bedrooms offer a plethora of amenities including a comfortable king-sized bed, wardrobe, AC, Wi-Fi access and attached bathrooms. 
- All bedrooms open up to a balcony, that overlooks the surrounding landscapes. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. 
- All bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- Upon entering this luxurious holiday home, you will be welcomed by the expansive living room, furnished with lavish seating arrangements.
- It is equipped with a wired music system, 2 ACs, a TV and Wi-Fi access. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. 
- The exteriors of the home feature a cosy swimming pool, 20x30 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. 
- Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. 
- Guests can unwind on the landscaped lawn, 500 sq. ft. in size, with seating arrangements for up to 4 people. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Please note that the meals will be delivered to the property.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The staff will be available from 9 AM and 9 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Promising a rejuvenating getaway away from the city, Lazy Daze is a soothing villa nestled in the lap of Lonavala. Within the property, guests can start their day with a brisk walk on the lawns. Enjoy a friendly game of carrom, badminton and chess. Reserve the evenings for a refreshing splash in the swimming pool. Savour the misty breeze and beautiful views from the balconies.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support a few lights and fans for up to 6 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays near the property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- This is a pet-friendly property, however, trained pets are allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. 
- Smoking hookah is strictly not allowed.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
