Step into the well-kept grass, which is great for picnics with loved ones. Furry buddies play freely while you relax in this peaceful setting. A robust deck adjacent to the lawn overlooks the calm river, where you may relax and listen to the soothing sounds of nature. The sunroom beckons with plenty of natural light, creating a relaxing ambience ideal for reading a nice book while appreciating the lovely vista outside.

But Maryam Cottage's charm extends beyond its looks. Join us for evenings of fun and companionship around a bonfire, where tales are told and memories are created. For those seeking adventure, the trails around the property provide several chances for exploration and discovery. Take on a trekking journey and immerse yourself in Pahalgam's natural splendour, creating wonderful memories along the way.

ADD-ON SERVICES:
- There is no food available at the property, however, guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost for a session of 45 minutes.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost.
- Guests can access the kitchen at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per day.
- Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs 2500 during seasonal months and Rs 3000 off-season, per person, per day.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. Lap pets can be accommodated at an additional charge of Rs 500 per day and large pets can be accommodated at an additional charge of Rs 1000 per day.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
