This gorgeous wooden cabin in Goa's most thriving neighborhood is the perfect place to unplug for a few days, reconnect with your loved ones and simply enjoy the amazing food options in and around the property.

The gleaming horizon makes for a beautiful backdrop to the swaying palm trees, and the whiff of pepper plants in the lawn will keep you coming back for more. Better make the most of the poolside deck to enjoy a peaceful evening as you watch the sun go down.

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor.
- AC and WIFI are offered in all rooms.
- Attached bathrooms are offered in 2 of the rooms.
- All rooms have king-sized beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached, 1 shared.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 6-8 people.
- It offers a music system, AC and WiFi.
- The dining area seats up to 4-6 people.
- There is a balcony with seating for up to 6-8 people.
- There is a lawn with ample seating arrangements.
- There are palm trees and organic vegetation including pepper plants in the lawn.
- There is a swimming pool with pool floats available.
- The pool is 39x8 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
- It is accessible from 6 AM to 10 PM.

KITCHEN
- Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges.
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, toaster, mixer-grinder, electric kettle, refrigerator and a microwave.
- Bottled drinking water is provided.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD-
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- A chef can be arranged at an additional charge, subject to availability. 
- The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Guests can also eat out in nearby eateries like Jardin D’ulysse, The Grill & Fry, Tiger Bay Restobar and Sea Horse Restaurant.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa.  <!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}--> In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like pool, or cards. Guests can also take a peaceful walk on the lawn and explore the organic vegetation.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This property is not suitable for pets.
- Construction is going on nearby the villa. Guests may experience some disturbance. 
- There are CCTV cameras installed near the entrance of the villa and the primary entrance of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel work fairly well here.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 11:00 PM.
- Drinking is not allowed in the pool.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- All-male groups are not allowed. 

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
