This is not a wheel-chair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. 
- AC, Wi-Fi, king-sized bed and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- There are balconies attached in 2 of the bedrooms. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room with seating for up to 10.
- It is equipped with an AC, TV Wi-Fi and a music system.
- The dining area seats up to 6 people and offers an AC.
- The lawn is approximately 10,000 sq ft. in size and can seat up to 20 people.
- There is a balcony attached to the living room with seating for 6 people.
- There is a private swimming pool.
- The pool is 30x12 ft. in size and 5.2 ft. in depth.
- There is a barbecue area outside the living room, which seats up to 12 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- The kitchen is equipped with a water filter, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- All meals are available at an additional cost on an a la carte basis. The caretaker can prepare meals for the guests.
- Guests are requested to place their order 48 hours prior to their check-in. Last-minute orders are not allowed.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- All meals will be prepared in the villa.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food not allowed

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for one driver at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person in the staff quarters. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, a peaceful read, enjoy board games or play outdoor games like cricket and badminton. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
- Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is a standalone property. 
- The villa is located in a relatively secluded area, 30 km. away from Pune.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the location of the villa in a relatively secluded area.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- There is a CCTV camera installed in the common areas for security purposes.  
- All the washbasins have cold water only.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the basic lights and fans for up to 4 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The road leading up to the villa might not be in good condition.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
