Pura Vida is a perfect holiday home with comfortable interiors, a swimming pool and a coveted spot amidst nature. Its bold, statement walls add a feeling of richness to an otherwise relaxed, easygoing space.

Enjoy walks all around the area, if you ever manage to leave the lovely home, that is! With the option of having delicious meals provided in-house, that may not be necessary.

The Space:

Let us walk you through the space.

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
- ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have queen-size beds.
- The room on the ground floor looks out to the swimming pool.
- One of the rooms on the first floor looks out to the swimming pool, while the other has a view of the garden.

 BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached to the rooms.
- All bathrooms have electric geysers and a shower area.
- Towels and basic toiletries are provided.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room has a TV.
- It seats up to 15 people comfortably.
- The dining table seats 6 people at a time.
- There is a pool on the ground floor. It is 24 ft. X 12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- It is accessible from 6AM - 10PM.
- There is a 450 sq. ft. lawn as well.
- There is no AC available in the living room

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a water filter and toaster.
- Crockery and cutlery is available for 12 people.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa. 
- Guests may also eat out or order in from the restaurants in the vicinity such as Jai Malhar Vasti Restaurant.
- The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a dip in their private pool, indoor games and music. One can also head out to experience all that Lonavala has to offer as the villa is very conveniently located.

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a wheelchair friendly property.
- This is not a pet friendly property.
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/VI work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Pool access is allowed from 6AM to 10PM.
- Please do not carry any food, drinks and glassware around the pool.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke indoors.
- Pets are not allowed.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
