Retreat on Cloud 9 Homestay - Villa in Lonavala

This charming homestay is built around a beautiful courtyard that has a 50-year-old Jamun tree, right in the centre of it. The garden is beautifully landscaped with 4 levels to take advantage of the natural slope of the plot. Dense with trees, few of which are fruit-bearing like Lychee, Mango, and Chikoo. Retreat on Cloud 9 is an ideal family holiday destination, with multiple open spaces, such as the verandah, courtyard, and garden area to relax during your holiday.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
- AC and attached bathrooms are offered in both the rooms.
- Both the rooms have double beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 bathrooms in the villa - both attached.
- Both the bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 6 people and offers a TV.
- The dining area seats 6 people.
- There is a lawn with seating for up to 10 people.
- There is a courtyard with a Jamun tree in its centre.
- Guests also have access to the garden.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, cooking utensils and a refrigerator.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis.
- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Annapurna Restaurant, Ramakrishna Hotel, Swagat Restaurant and Kinara Dhaba.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa, except for the owner's bedroom and the outhouse beside the villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The owner resides on the property as well.
- Please note that there are a total of 3 bedrooms at the property. However, guests have access to 2 bedrooms only.
- Access to the outhouse beside the villa is not allowed.
- Guests are requested to note that the villa gates close by 10PM.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter is available in the villa.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
 - Alcohol consumption is allowed only in the outside porch area and not inside the villa.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
