Within the property, guests can carry board games to play indoors. Nearby, they can enjoy outdoor activities such as rock climbing, trekking and heritage tours. Guests can also go out to take a soothing walk in nature and embrace its beauty.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- If only one room is booked, you may be sharing the common areas with other guests.
- There are up to four CCTV cameras installed around the villa, including the terrace, for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter only supports basic appliances.
- The caretaker resides nearby and is available to help guests in the daytime only.
- Toiletries are not provided. Guests are requested to carry their own essentials.
- A cook is available to prepare meals from 6 AM to 9 PM.
- For parking space, there is a separate shelter beside the villa.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as BSNL work fairly well here.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bar beverages from the menu can be provided at an additional cost.
HOUSE RULES
- Drinking is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Pets are allowed.
- The cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to their room and the common areas. Accessing the utility kitchen on the ground floor is not allowed.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
