The Space:

Please note that if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 2 villas with 5 bedrooms each.

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 villas with 5 bedrooms each - 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor.
- All bedrooms are air-conditioned & offer a plethora of amenities including a comfortable double bed, wardrobes, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms.
- Selected bedrooms offer balconies that open up to a gorgeous view of the surrounding hills.
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS
- There are 10 ensuite bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There are 2 living rooms - both on the ground floor.
- Each of the living rooms on the ground floor seats up to 10 people and is equipped with a TV, music system and Wi-Fi access.
- Please note that there is no air-conditioning in the living room areas.
- Each of the villas offer a private lawn & a terrace with seating space where guests can sit out and relax while having a cup of their favourite beverage.
- The villas are also equipped with a number of indoor & outdoor gaming arrangements including carrom, chess, badminton, cricket, playing cards etc.
- There is a swimming pool at the property, 20x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator & a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.

FOOD
- Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The stay is a part of a gated community and there are several units on the premises. The guests have access to two villas and the common outdoor spaces. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can take a peaceful walk by the lush garden and embrace the beauty of the view around. There are a myriad of indoor games like badminton, carrom, pool etc. that are available at the property for guests to enjoy & have a memorable time with their loved ones. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Karaoke can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that there is no air-conditioning in the living room areas.
- The last stretch of road leading up to the villa can be a bit rough as the roads could be damaged by unfavourable weather.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of power outage, the property is equipped with inverters that can support all lights & fans for up to 4 hours. Appliances will not work on inverters.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- Cooking of non-vegetarian is not allowed. However, guests may order in.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Please note that the caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and uses the same kitchen. However, separate utensils are provided.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
 

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Smoking hookah is strictly prohibited 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
