BEDROOM
- The bedroom has an AC, wardrobe and an attached bathroom.
- The room has a king-sized bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 bathrooms - 1 attached and 1 common.
- One of the bathrooms has a geyser. 

COMMON AREAS
- The AC living room seats up to 3 people and has a TV.
- There is also a dining area.
- The jacuzzi room can accommodate 2 people. 

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant and will be delivered to the villa.
- The package comprises lunch, evening snacks, dinner, followed by breakfast (for the next day).
- Guests are requested to place their order 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed.
- The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant.
- Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
- Guests have access to the entire villa except for the terrace.
-  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES 
Within the property, guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak in the jacuzzi. They can unwind and take a leisurely stroll on the lawn. They can also request for the complimentary 1.5-hour tractor ride to be arranged, which will take you to the lake point and Nakshatra Garden.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- One child below 4 years can be accommodated, however, no other extra guests can be accommodated.
- This property is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.
- Guests can choose to pay for the food via Google Pay or Paytm. Cash transactions are generally not encouraged.
- The jacuzzi room can accommodate 2 people. Lukewarm water for the jacuzzi will be provided once in a day. Guests will have to wait approximately for 5 hours for the water to get lukewarm. The jacuzzi display panel is not functional.
- The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the generator can run up to 6 hours in total. Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 2 hours so as to be used throughout the day. There is also an inverter present that will be used for the power supply once the generator is turned off. The generator can support all appliances except for the jacuzzi.

- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

PET POLICY 
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside. 
- A refundable deposit will be collected before the check-in date if a pet is accompanying the guests.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

HOUSE RULES
- The jacuzzi room can accommodate 2 people. Lukewarm water for the jacuzzi will be provided once in a day. Guests will have to wait approximately for 5 hours for the water to get lukewarm. The jacuzzi display panel is not functional. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Music is allowed from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- No mobile networks work fairly at the property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. 

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
