The verdant exteriors entice blissful moonlit strolls, whilst the bedrooms offer almost unreal views of the rising mountains. The interiors of the cottages are a seamless potpourri of comfortable furnishings and colonial architecture. Hosting a range of cosy nooks, ideal for unwinding and relaxing, this home will leave you wanting more!

- The bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a queen-sized bed along with an extra single bed, a heater, an AC, Wi-Fi access, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom.
- It also features a cosy living area space with a sofa and TV.
- There are a total of 8 bedrooms spread across 2 cottages out of which guests have access to only one room in Cottage 2.
- The room has a separate entrance.
BATHROOMS
- There is 1 attached bathroom.
- The bathroom has a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- The breathtaking exteriors of the property feature a 2000 sq. ft. lawn with a seating capacity of 10 people.
- Guests do not have access to the common areas of the first cottage.
KITCHEN
- There is a commercial kitchen and a kitchenette. Guests may only use the kitchenette for reheating purposes. Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave.
FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
There are 2 cottages on the premises out of which guests have access to one bedroom and common external areas of Cottage 2 Guests do not have access to the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. The staff accommodation will be subject to availability.

Within the property, guests can start their day with a lazy morning stroll on the lawns, and soak in the refreshing air. Be one with nature and capture the breathtaking views that come as a norm in each nook of this property. Snuggle with a book to read peacefully, amidst the incredible landscapes. Play indoor games such as cards or ludo. Lounge and unwind in the various common areas of this home. End the day with a bonfire night in the company of your loved ones.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are a total of 8 bedrooms spread across 2 cottages out of which guests have access to only one room in Cottage 2.
- Guests do not have access to the common areas and bedrooms of Cottage 1.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- In case of a power outage, there is a genset that can support all appliances.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
- The property has several indoor fireplaces, however, for safety purposes, guests do not have access to the same.
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external areas for security purposes.
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests are advised to be cautious, given the presence of monkeys around.
- Owing to the narrow roads and limited parking space, guests are advised against driving SUVs and large vehicles to the property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
