With over 6000 trees around, including mango, guava, chikoo and gooseberry, you are sure to be taken away by the fresh, sweet scent that lingers around. The Space:
Let us walk you through the space.

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms - both on the ground floor. 
- AC and attached bathrooms are offered in both the rooms.
- Both rooms have king-sized beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 bathrooms - both attached.
- Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room is air-conditioned with seating for up to 18 people. 
- The dining area seats 6 people. 
- There is a lawn with seating for up to 12 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

FOOD
- For all other meals, guests can eat out in nearby restaurants like Dev Restaurant, Mughlai Food Family Restaurant and Jakariya Biryani Shop. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide staff accommodation. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the garden and explore various trees, while children can swing to their heart’s content.  They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The property is relatively secluded, with the exterior area prone to monkeys. Guests are requested to not carry food outside in the forest area as it can cause the monkeys to follow.
- There are CCTV cameras installed in the lawn, outside the villa and near the main entrance for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights, fans and fridge for up to 8 hours and generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. 
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per day.
- In case of visitors, there's a mandatory charge of Rs. 1000 plus taxes, per person, per day, for up to 4 hours.

HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- Please note that guests must pay a mandatory refundable security deposit of Rs. 25,000 in the event of hosting any function or if the number of day visitors exceeds 10 individuals.
