Enveloped in picturesque views, Tarika's Seascapes is a blissful bayside apartment with enchanting views, modern-sleek furnishings with a whole suite of sophisticated amenities that overlooks the magnificent Zuari River. The private swimming pool overlooks the pristine Zuari River, whilst the spacious terrace and other common spaces make for ideal hangout spots. This holiday home promises a breezy Goan getaway! With close proximity to the most serene parts of Goa, if you wish to take a break from the party zone of Goa and enjoy a calm, relaxing and laid back evening by the beach, then this is where you need to be.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly, nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 2 on the lower level of the apartment floor & 1 on the ground level.
- All bedrooms offer amenities like comfortable beds, AC, an extra mattress, wardrobes, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms.
- One of the rooms on the lower ground level offers a beautiful view of the Zuari River & the  St Jacinto Island.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms
- All bathrooms offer geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a modern and comfortable living room on the level 1 of the property.
- This air-conditioned space offers comfortable seating for up to 7 people and is equipped with a TV, a wired music system and Wi-Fi access.
- There is a dining room, also part of the living room offering comfortable seating for up to 6 people, also equipped with Wi-Fi & AC.
- The living room of this charming villa opens up to a beautiful terrace overlooking the Zuari River, with comfortable seating & pool loungers.
- It also features a private swimming pool 16x7.6 ft. in size and 4.6 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Guests can eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. Alternatively, guests can also use the kitchen to make their own meals.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
Please note that this space is part of a gated community & guests have access to their apartment unit. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can relax by the terrace and watch over the pristine Zuari River and the St Jacinto Island. Sights of beautiful birds flying over the bay are very common in this area so guests can wake up to the chirping of exotic bird species! Guests can relax in the refreshing pool or laze away by the pool loungers while sipping on to their favourite beverages. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can use the washing machine at an additional cost.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that this is an apartment unit on the second floor & there is ample parking available outside the premises.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of power outage, the property is equipped with a generator that can support the entire apartment unit for up to 8 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum between 1 PM to 4 PM and after 7 PM. Loud music is strictly not allowed between 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Guests are requested to beware of insects or bugs during monsoons as the property is located by a forest.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the unit only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- The pool can be used from 7AM to 8PM. Guests are requested to adhere to the pool timings.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
