The Boulevard Villa - Villa in Lonavala

Slip into luxury at this relaxing mountain home, a beautifully designed weekend getaway with exciting amenities that the whole family will love. The Boulevard Villa is an absolute bliss for solo travelers, couples, colleagues, families, and even your furry friends. The main highlight of this villa is the plunge pool and Jacuzzi which are relaxing to no bounds. Throw in the rain shower, seasonal kitchen garden and barbecue, and you have yourself a party!

The Boulevard is special because of its:

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide:
- AC, WiFi, TV
- Geysers, towels, toiletries
- Medical kit, mosquito repellent
- Secured parking space for up to 4 cars

This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the first floor and 3 on the second floor.
- All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including an AC, double beds, and attached bathrooms. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room on the first floor, equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa. 
- It offers a variety of amenities including WiFi access, an AC and a TV.
- The dining area is a part of the living room, and can seat upto 6 people comfortably.
- The exteriors of the property feature a private plunge pool, ideal for a relaxing soak. 

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, water filter, cooking utensils and refrigerator. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available for 20 people.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.  

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
- Outside food vendors or outside food are not allowed at the property.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for male staff member at an additional charge of Rs.500 per day, excluding meals and taxes.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games such as cards, ludo and board games. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the lake and embrace its beauty.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- The plunge pool can be heated at an additional cost of Rs 4000/- directly payable at the property.
- ⁠Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The parking space is secured 20 m away from the villa. 
- Guests are requested to handle the artefacts and paintings in the villa with care. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- Please note that outside food vendors and events are not allowed.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas.
- Please note that outside food vendors and events are not allowed.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
