The Happy Hive - Villa in Lonavala

True to its name, when at the Happy Hive, your spirits will be at their best! A cosy, comfortable villa equipped with beautiful exteriors and stunning interiors, this property features gorgeous attached patios in all rooms. Guests can soak in the amazing views in the company of their loved ones after a long day of sight-seeing or simply relax by the pool and relish a hearty barbecue meal.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. 
- AC, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- The room on the ground floor has an attached patio with direct access to the pool and both rooms on the first floor have an attached inter-connected balcony. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 pool shower in the villa.
- All attached bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas, geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There are 2 living rooms.
- The living room on the ground floor seats up to 12 people and is equipped with a music system, Wi-Fi
- The living room on the first floor can seat up to 8 people and can be converted into a sleeping area as it has got a sofa cum bed. 
- Both the living rooms offer an AC.  
- The dining room is a part of the living room on the ground floor. It seats up to 6 people. 
- There is a private swimming pool with an attached gazebo. 
- The pool is 20x15 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and a grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- All meals will be delivered to the villa. 
- Meal package that includes breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner is offered. It is subject to availability.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take in the beautiful views around. They can also play their favourite tunes. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights, fans and refrigerator for up to 5 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. Wi-Fi is offered only in the ground floor living room.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:00 PM.
- Drinking is allowed.  
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
