BEDROOMS
- There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor.
- WiFi, queen-sized beds, balconies and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- 2 rooms offer an AC. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached, 1 common powder room. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. 

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats 7 people and offers TV. 
- The dining room seats 6 people. 
- There is a 120 sq. ft lawn.
- There is a terrace.
- There is a common powder room on the ground floor. 

KITCHEN
- In-house chef is not available.
- Kitchen access can be granted at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. Guests will have to purchase their own materials.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Guests can relish a complimentary South Indian breakfast.
- Guests can order food online or from outside.
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
- The only thing offered would be gas and cutlery.

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, a charge of Rs. 500 will be levied additionally.
- This is not a wheelchair friendly property.
- There are CCTV camera installed near the entrance and the terrace for security purposes.   
- In case of a power outage, the solar panels can support fans and lights for up to 8 hours. 
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as BSNL/Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Coal & raw materials like chicken, paneer, vegetable, spices etc are subject to availability and price.
- Guests should confirm their preference at least 24hrs prior.

Besides contemporary pubs, discos and hangout spots, you can also find the remnants of the famous older Bangalore food joints. So, while you’re enjoying your luxurious stay at Udhbhava Kamala, here are the things we recommend that could make your stay even more memorable.

Getting Around:
- Distance from Kempegowda International Airport - 21.7 km.
- Distance from Yelahanka Railway Station - 2.5 km.
- Distance from VRL Godown Bus Stand - 200 m.
- Distance from Multimart Supermarket - 350 m.

Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 2 cars is available

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
