 BEDROOMS: 
- There are 3 bedrooms.
- ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. 
- 2 king-sized beds and 2 single beds are available. 
- Wardrobes are available in all the rooms.
 
BATHROOMS: 
- There are 3 attached bathrooms.
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. 
 
COMMON AREAS: 
- The living room seats up to 8 people. 
- It offers a TV, AC and view of the pool.
- The dining area seats up to 6 people. 
- There is a private pool with a deck that can accommodate up to 8 people at any given time. 
 
KITCHEN 
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, a gas stove, a microwave and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Breakfast and lunch will be available at the property for an additional cost.
- Dinner can be arranged with the chef, and pricing will vary.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
 
GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
- There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
- The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 
 
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful in nature and embrace its beauty. 

HOME TRUTHS
- The villa is a part of a gated community.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
- Even though WiFi is provided, Less jio/Airtel also work fairly well.
-  Please note that towels, linen, pillow covers, and toiletries will be provided every alternate day.

House Rules:
- Loud music is prohibited post 10:00 PM
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area
- No footwear is allowed inside the villa
- All-male groups are not allowed. 

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
