This bright 3BHK home in Lonavala boasts of an undisputed comfortable ambiance that perfectly complements its ultra-lavish interiors. As one of the family rooms converts to a two-bedroom, you have ample privacy and luxury in this house. Spend your mornings embracing the beautiful views of the hills or play with your pets on the lush green lawn. By evening, we recommend gathering around in the outdoor sit-out area for some games and authentic Maharashtrian meals.

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 2 rooms on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor.
- The rooms on the ground floor are separated by a glass wall, offering 2 queen-sized beds and a shared bathroom.
- The room on the first floor has 2 single beds and an attached bathroom.
- All rooms offer an AC. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached, 1 in the living room and 1 on the terrace. 
- All bathrooms are linked to a central boiler, and have towels and basic toiletries.
- Separate dressing areas are offered in all attached bathrooms.
- One of the bathrooms offers a completely private open-to-sky shower.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 15 people. It offers a music system and TV.
- The dining area seats up to 8 people.
- There are 2 terraces which offer seating for up to 8 and 20 respectively.
- There is a 1400 sq.ft. lawn which can accomodate 15 people.
- Roof Terrace ( approx 850 sq ft area) on the 2 nd Floor can host a Family Party / get -to-gether with DJ & music . The Terrace has an Open Pantry stone counter with Sink & a Microwave facility along with a Terrace wash Room . The terrace can accommodate 25-30 guests
- Wifi is available.

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water purifier, a toaster, a mixer, a refrigerator and a microwave.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- The dining area can seat up to 10 persons.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering from nearby restaurants and consumption is allowed.
- Guests can also eat out at nearby restaurants like Sindhu Dhaba and Maval Darbar.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.                            

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staffs at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 (includes taxes) per person, per day, excluding meals.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy games like badminton, carrom, cards and board games. Guests can take a peaceful walk amidst nature.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- In case of a power outage, the inverter offers backup for 4-6 hours.
- The ACs in the living room are temporarily not functioning.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel/Jio work fairly well here.
- The rooms on the ground floor are separated by a glass wall.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
