Whispering Palms - Villa in Alibaug

Far away from the flurry and cacophony that follows the city life, Whispering Palms is a sprawling holiday home placed amidst towering palms and green verdancy that can easily be your next weekend getaway destination, ideal for accommodating 9 people including infants. With modern and chic interiors, the spacious indoor spaces feature a spread of amenities that promise a memorable stay. Other appealing attributes of this home include a beautifully landscaped U-shaped lawn, ideal for a game of catch, and a private swimming pool overlooking the surrounding greenery. Certainly making for a sunkissed getaway in the coastal town of Alibaug, this charming home serves as the perfect respite from the monotony!

This is not a pet-friendly property. 

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 well-furnished bedrooms - all on the ground floor.
- All bedrooms offer a plethora of amenities, including a queen-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access and attached bathrooms.
- All bedrooms overlook the surrounding gardens.
- One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a separate seating area and a TV, ideal for lounging.
- All bedrooms can accommodate up to 9 people, including infants comfortably.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is an air-conditioned room on the ground floor, complete with plush seating arrangements for up to 8 people.
- It is equipped with Wi-Fi access, a portable music system and a wired CCTV camera for security purposes. 
- There is a separate dining area on the ground floor and it can seat up to 8 people.
- The exteriors of the home feature a manicured U-shaped garden, 4000 sq. ft. in size. It is adorned with loungers, ideal for unwinding. 
- The lawn is adorned with vibrant flowers 
- Guests can enjoy a refreshing soak in the private swimming pool that is 32x16 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- Guests have access to the pool till 8 PM.
- The pool deck is furnished with benches, tables and chairs. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- The cook can prepare meals at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for up to 2 of your personal staff members for no extra charge. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES
A guaranteed relaxing getaway in the coastal town of Alibaug, Palm Shores has a host of amenities to offer. Surrounded by lush greenery, the property boasts manicured gardens that are perfect for a lazy morning stroll. Head over to the pool to enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool that overlooks the lawns. Unwind and soak in the breeze while on the loungers. Embrace the green verdancy that comes as a norm here. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- The washing machine can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per load. This can be directly paid to the caretaker. 
- An iron can be provided on request. 
- A hair dryer can be made available for the guests, on request.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Kindly note that only family groups are allowed. All-male groups are not allowed. 
- The average age of the members of the group must be 24 years or above.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 5 hours and the inverter can support a few lights and fans in the bedrooms for up to 3 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are 7 CCTV cameras that capture the external areas, the kitchen and the living room for security purposes.
- The location of the villa is secluded. 
- There are 2 friendly dogs residing at the property. 
- This is not a wheelchair friendly property.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time
- Please note that accommodation can only be provided for 9 people which is inclusive of infants as well.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

HOUSE RULES
-  Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Swimming attire is mandatory while using the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests have access to the pool till 8 PM.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests are requested to share a valid ID compulsorily before checking in.
- Guests are required to share a double vaccination certificate. If they have a single dose of vaccination, guests need to provide a RTPCR test report. 
- Please note that the costs for RTPCR test will be borne by the guests.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
