Wings on Water, it is not an overstatement to say, is the holiday home of your dreams. This beautifully decorated home lies on the banks of a river where Wader birds nest. What adds to the charm of the place is the fact that the outhouse was originally a ferry jetty and used until the adjacent bridge was built. On some of the wooden columns, even today, one can see the dates written way back to 1937! Lounge by the pool and enjoy a relaxing getaway at this holiday home.

- AC, Wi-Fi, generator, inverter
- Wardrobe, hangers

- Secured parking space for up to 4-5 cars

This is a wheelchair-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor.
- All rooms offer amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms.
- A few rooms also offer a dressing table.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common powder room.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. 
- It is equipped with a music system, TV and Wi-Fi.
- There is a dining area.
- The pool is 32x19 ft. in size and 5.5 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool till 10 PM.
- There is a lawn and a balcony. Outdoor furniture for 14 people is available.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, a gas stove, a microwave and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- A personal cook is available to prepare local specialities and a delicious spread of home-cooked meals all day, at an additional charge.
- Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
- Cooking & consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to offer accommodation for your personal staff. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The villa is relatively secluded.
- This property is not suitable for pets. 
- There are 2 friendly resident dogs at the villa premises.
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the lawn, pool and outhouse exterior for security purposes. 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 8 hours.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- The bed linen and towels will be changed every three days.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability. 

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- No breakable glasses, crockery or cutlery is allowed near the pool.
- Guests should not attempt to feed the resident dogs at the property.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- All-male groups are not allowed. 

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
