Isle View - Villa in Dabolim

Overlooking the scenic bay, Isle View is a stunning holiday home ideal for a relaxing getaway. Featuring comfortable, modern interiors, this home is equipped with a plethora of amenities. While here, enjoy a refreshing splash in not one, but two private swimming pools, lounge and spend time with your loved ones in the spacious common areas and soak in the surrounding gorgeous views!

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the lower ground floor, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. 
- AC, WiFi, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- The room on the lower ground floor offers a pool view, the room on the ground floor offers a garden view and the room on the first floor has an attached plunge pool overlooking the bay. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries.
- 2 bathrooms have an outdoor shower and 1 bathroom has a bathtub. 

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the lower ground floor. It can seat up to 6 people. 
- It offers AC, TV, a music system and WiFi access. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people. 
- There is a private swimming pool that can be heated at an additional cost. It is 30x6 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
- There is a plunge pool attached to the bedroom on the first floor. It is 12x6 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - On prior confirmation, guests can also access the common society pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. 
- All the pools are equipped with pool loungers, tables and chairs. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, water purifier, toaster, electric grill and a mixer. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast.
- Guests can order in or go out to nearby restaurants like Domino’s, Joet’s Restaurant and Martin’s Corner.
- One can also opt for a 5-Course Wine & Dine experience that can be availed if informed 5 days prior to check-in at an additional cost of Rs. 4500 per person.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities and swimming pools.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff member in the staff quarters at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards, ludo and pool. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the beach and embrace its beauty. They can also relish a scrumptious barbeque meal.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- The heated pool can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per day. Guests are requested to inform us of the same minimum 15 hours in advance.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, the society generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the property.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- Please note that the parking space is outside the main entrance where guests can park their cars at their own risk.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10:00 PM.
- Guests are not allowed to eat or drink and smoke in the bedrooms. 
- Any eatables dropped would attract ants and insects, hence guests are requested to keep the space clean.
- Guests are requested to keep the windows and doors closed in the evenings, given the presence of mosquitoes. 
- All-male groups are not allowed. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed everywhere except in the bedrooms. 
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Children must be supervised. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
