Inside, the light-coloured walls and neutral tones create a sense of calm. Additionally, the calm blue bay provides a beautiful backdrop in every nook and corner. To be enchanted by this location, you only need to make it to the outdoor pool area. The amazing scenery will overwhelm you and make you feel instantly tranquil and holiday-ready.  The infinity pool itself beckons you to take a plunge and gives you the feeling that you are at one with the sea and sky. Furthermore, there is ample room to laze about, catch up on your reading, work on your tan, and later, as the sun begins to set, get your whole party together for a delicious barbecue cookout and drinks, to be enjoyed right under the stars.

If you want to feel the sand between your toes, Bogmalo beach is simply a 10-minute drive away. There are several picture-perfect sandy beaches and peaceful harbors in this region of Goa that simply offer the best place for a restful and memorable holiday.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- Exuding a neutral monochromatic palette throughout its expanse, this modernist abode offers 3 extremely spacious and well-designed rooms - 1 on the lower ground floor, 1 on the ground floor, and 1 on the first floor.
- All rooms boast a myriad of amenities to offer the utmost comfort such as a queen-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access, and wardrobe.
- 1 room on the ground floor and first floor each are also replete with an extra foldable bed.
- One of the bedrooms on the first floor opens up to the mini-plunge pool.
- All rooms are equipped with large ensuite bathrooms.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 large ensuite bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, hair dryers, and basic toiletries.
- One of the ensuite bathrooms on the lower-ground floor also features a bathtub.

COMMON AREAS
- The luxe interiors of this home boast a lavish and spacious living room on the lower-ground floor furnished with plush sofa-style seating for up to 8 people.
- The room offers a cornucopia of state-of-the-art amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi access, portable music system, TV, and wired CCTV camera for security purposes.
- A walk through the confines of the living room will lead you to the snug dining area.
- It can comfortably seat up to 6 people at a time and is equipped with an AC.
- There is a mini-plunge pool which is 13.4 x 9.2 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- The exteriors offer a melange of white, blue, and green pastels in the form of pebbled walkways, a stunning outdoor pool overlooking the blue bay, and the green garden and surroundings.
- The living room opens up to the outdoor pool that overlooks the evergreen surroundings.
- The outdoor private pool offers a stunning backdrop of the Dabolim bay and features a deck area/gazebo replete with comfortable sunbeds and loungers.
- This pool is 36x13 ft. in size and is 4.5 ft. deep.
- Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 8 PM.
- The pool is flanked by the well-manicured garden on the other side which covers an area of about 100 ft. 
- It offers a quaint bench that can seat up to 3 people.
- Indulge in a quick stroll through the dewy grass while admiring the views that this abode has to offer.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to reheat, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 24hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Guests can choose to dine out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

With an abundance of immersive experiences for each and every one, this charming abode is bound to leave you with a trove full of memories.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with the complimentary Wi-Fi connection. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the exteriors, living room, and entrance of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- The stay is a part of a gated society.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of bugs and insects in the monsoon season owing to the location of the property.
 

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
