The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 well-furnished, spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor. 
- All rooms offer amenities such as a king-sized bed, an extra foldable bed, AC, wardrobe, and a designated workstation.
- Wake up to stunning vistas of the verdant lawn and azure pool that each room here has to offer.
- All four rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 2 communal bathrooms.
- One of the common bathrooms is situated outside the main unit of the villa and offers an open shower area.
- All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
- Both common bathrooms are not equipped with a geyser.

INDOOR AREAS
- There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of this villa.
- With its comfortable sofa-style seating, this room can easily accommodate up to 12 people.
- Embellished with chic-contemporary decor, it offers amenities such as a TV and a portable music system.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.
- There is a separate dining area on the ground floor which can accommodate up to 8 people.
- It is not equipped with an AC nor a TV.

EXTERIOR AREAS
- The exteriors of this property boast a sprawling verdant lawn that covers an area of about 9000 sq. ft.
- It has ample seating arrangement in the form of outdoor furniture that can accommodate up to 24 people.
- It also features a quaint gazebo where guests can unwind and catch up with their friends and family.
- Guests can also indulge in a quick de-stressing dip in the outdoor private pool.
- The pool is 20x40 sq.ft in size and 4.9ft. in depth and also has a huge deck area to lounge at.
- Guests can access this outdoor private pool till 09:00 PM.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make simple food for infants and for reheating purposes, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house on an ala carte basis.
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Alternatively, guests can also order from the nearby eateries.
- Prepared with a local touch and freshly sourced ingredients, our home-style dining experience is highly recommended. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Guests are advised to share their meal preferences and payments, at least 48 hours in advance.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Promising a relaxing getaway amidst lush greenery, this holiday home hosts a spread of lavish amenities. Within the property, guests can start their day by savouring the morning cuppa in the gazebo, amidst the misty breeze and sweet birdsongs. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as cards and ludo. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool and soak in the sun. Take a peaceful stroll on the lawn, or indulge in outdoor activities. Admire the glorious sunsets that are a norm here.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- Nashik locals and all-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances except for the refrigerator and AC for up to 4 hours. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel and Vi work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful of the surroundings and keep the noise to a minimum at all times.
- Guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings, especially during monsoon, given the presence of insects and bugs around.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Carrying food/drinks in and around the pool is strictly not allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests have access to the pool till 9 PM.
- Please be mindful of the surroundings and keep the noise to a minimum at all times.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
