This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. 

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 well-furnished, spacious rooms - one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
- All rooms offer a plethora of amenities that include a king-sized bed, an extra foldable mattress, AC, wardrobe, Wi-Fi and a designated workstation.
- Wake up to splendid views of the verdant lawn that each room here has to offer.
- All rooms have an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common powder room on the ground floor.
- All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is an expansive living room on the First floor of this property.
- With its comfortable sofa-style seating, this room can easily accommodate up to 8 people.
- Adorned with chic-modern decor, this room offers amenities such as a portable music system, cooler and Wi-Fi access however, it is not equipped with a TV and AC.
- The dining area is a component of the living room and can seat up to 8 people comfortably.
- The exteriors of this quaint villa boast a sprawling lush lawn that covers an area of about 3000 sq.ft.
- It has ample seating arrangement in the form of chairs and can seat up to 8 people.
- The lawn also features a charming treehouse that can accommodate up to 4 kids.
- Overlooking the unending greenery, this property also features an outdoor private pool.
- It is 30x15 sq.ft in size and about 4ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
- Guests have access to kitchen premises for pre-heating and cooking light meals like tea, coffee, instant noodles, and infant food. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator and water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are also provided.

FOOD
- Guests can choose to order in or take away from the nearby eateries.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Within the premises of the property, guests can enjoy some quality family time while playing some indoor board games. Unwind in the outdoor pool and soak in the verdant hues this place has to offer. Stroll along the vast expanse of the green lawn or let your inner child out to play an array of outdoor fun games. Kids can enjoy in the treehouse while overlooking scenic surroundings and sunsets. As the chilly air sets in, request a bonfire to be set up.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can request a bonfire setup for an additional charge of Rs.1000 per session.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- All-male groups and Nashik locals are not allowed to book this property.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support everything except the AC for up to 6 hours.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel work fairly well here.
- The property also houses a pet dog on its premises for security purposes.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the same property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker will not travel to the market to purchase any of the guests’ requirements.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
