This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. 

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms - all on the ground of the villa.
- All of the bedrooms are equipped with a king-sized bed along with an extra mattress or a single bed.
- These well-furnished bedrooms offer Wi-Fi access, a wardrobe, hangers and tranquil vistas of the lush garden.
- Each of the rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 2 powder rooms at this property - 1 indoor and 1 poolside.
- All the attached bathrooms have solar geysers for hot water, towels and basic toiletries

COMMON AREAS
- The spacious, contemporary living room is set on the ground floor of the property.
- This chic, furnished living space can seat up to 10 people.
- The living space offers amenities such as a 55-inch TV, a portable music system, and Wi-Fi.
- The dining area which is a part of this living space seats up to 8 people.
- There is a separate dining room as well, that offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people.
- The exteriors of this villa boast a myriad of green spaces including two open terraces where guests can relish a hearty barbeque.
- The lush patio and the lush lawn area offers guests the perfect space to relax amidst nature and enjoy an al fresco meal.
- The open-air bar counter is set by the refreshing L-shaped swimming pool, 15x40 ft. in size with a 4.2 ft. in depth.
- Guests can relax, enjoy sipping on beverages and have an amazing time here.

KITCHEN
- There are 2 kitchens at the property - indoor and outdoor. Guests have access to the indoor kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal canbe arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the outdoor kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property till 11 PM to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide staff accommodation for up to 1 male/female staff member at an additional cost.
The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can take a peaceful long walk by the spacious and tranquil lawn and orchards of this home. Light up a cosy barbeque or socialise by the bonfire pit. Guests can also indulge themselves in some fun indoor games such as Brain Stormer, UNO, Jenga, Sequence, Pictionary, Carrom and Housie. Or just crack open the wine, sit back and let the stars be your only entertainment out on the al fresco bar counter. And when it’s time for the great outdoors, you’ll find plenty of must-see sights within easy reach by car. For the adventurous, try trekking trails, boating, and amusement parks or take your pick from the famous wineries or restaurants. Either way, this place has got it all!
 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- A bonfire can be lit at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.
- Laundry services can be provided at an additional charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- Outside food is not allowed at the villa.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 9 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
