BEDROOMS
- There are 5 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor and 1 in the basement. 
- AC and WiFi are offered in all rooms.
- Attached bathrooms are offered in 4 of the rooms. 
- King-size bed is provided in 4 of the rooms, while 1 room offers a sofa bed.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached and 1 common washrooms in the villa.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 4 people.
- It offers a TV, WiFi and music system. 
- The dining area seats 8 people. 
- There are 2 lawns - in the front and near the deck.
- They are 2000 sq ft. and 1500 sq ft. in size. 
- There is a common bathroom on the ground floor. 
- There is a swimming pool.
- The pool is 9x32 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
- It is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
-  Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests can also eat out in the nearby restaurants such as Lonavala Jain Food Home Delivery, Riddhima Foods, Suleman Caterers & Biryani House and Kwality Chinese.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen and terrace. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards, monopoly or ludo and outdoor games like badminton, football or cricket.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs. 
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support one light and one fan for up to 8 hours. 
- Parking space for 2 cars is secured inside the villa, while 2 cars can be parked outside. 
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. 
- Guests do not have access to the terrace.
- The living room does not have AC. 
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- This property is a part of a gated society.
- There are CCTV cameras on the premises of the property, however, they are under maintenance. 

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Drinking is allowed only indoors.
- Smoking is allowed only outside the property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- All-male groups are not allowed. 
- Guests must ensure the neighbours don’t get disturbed.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
