The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 5 well-furnished bedrooms - all on the ground floor. (3 bedrooms are located in the main unit and 2 bedrooms are in a different unit, 20 steps away from the villa.)
- All bedrooms are equipped with a variety of amenities including a queen-size bed, AC, Wi-Fi access and extra mattresses. 
- Each bedroom offers an amazing view of the surrounding gardens. 
- 4 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. 
- A couple of bedrooms also offer an electric kettle. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have geysers/boilers, scented candles, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the villa, with a sunroof. It offers sofa-style seating for up to 8 people. 
- It is equipped with Wi-Fi, AC, TV, a home theatre system with a projector, projector screen and a wired music system. 
- The dining room is a part of the living room, and can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is equipped with an AC. 
- Besides the dining area is the bar counter, complete with seating arrangements. 
- The exteriors of the home boast sprawling lawns, with 2 attached gazebos, one with a swing and one ideal for alfresco dining.
- Guests can unwind on the swing and soak in the beautiful views around.
- Adjacent to the garden is the private sun-soaked swimming pool. Complete with a pool deck, this is the ideal setting to hangout with your loved ones. 
- The pool is 10 metres x 5 metres in size and 1.2 metres in depth. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. 

FOOD
- All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 4 members at an additional cost of Rs. 750 per person, per night, exclusive of meal charges. The staff members are also provided with common washroom facilities.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can take a leisurely stroll on the sprawling lawns, relax in the gazebo or swing away to their heart’s content. Binge your favourite movies and TV shows. Play indoor games like card or ludo. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool. Enjoy your favourite cocktails by the bar. Devour an alfresco feast in the gazebo. Relish a hearty barbecue meal.  Enjoy a bonfire session and soak in the beautiful views around. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can enjoy a bonfire session on request at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per session.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. 
- There is a cycle that guests can use at no additional cost. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Given the villa’s proximity to the railway station, guests can expect remote honking of the trains occasionally.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per day per pet plus taxes.
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.  
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support the lights and fans for up to 4 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel, Jio and Vi work fairly well here.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- All-male groups are not allowed. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per day per pet plus taxes.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per day per pet plus taxes. 
- Pets are not allowed without a leash. 
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
 

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
